SCHÖLLY FIBEROPTIC GMBH in Germany is seeking a Laser Welding Operator (m/f/d). You will prepare, set up, and operate laser welding systems, inspect parts and finished products, and support trials for new products and processes.

Experience with laser welding and a CAD/ERP mindset are valued; German language at CEFR C1 is preferred. The role offers structured training and opportunities for advancement within a cooperative team.

Qualifikationen

• You have completed a vocational training program in a skilled trade, preferably in a mechanical field.
• You have already gained initial experience working with laser welding systems.
• You have German language skills at CEFR level C1.
• You have a good working knowledge of an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• A structured, results-oriented, responsible, and meticulous approach to work, combined with strong communication skills, completes your profile.
