The Role :

• Identify, assess, and secure suitable land for BESS projects
• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with landowners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, and local stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal technical and development teams to evaluate site feasibility
• Report progress and performance metrics tied to land secured (bonus eligible)

What You Bring :

• Proven experience in land acquisition (ideally in renewable energy, real estate, or infrastructure)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with North North Rhine‑Westphalia land markets
