Amazon Workforce Staffing sucht Mitarbeitende für das Logistikzentrum in Deutschland. Du lädst Förderbänder, transportierst Pakete, bereitest Inventar für die Auslieferung vor und nutzt Scanner, Drucker und Computer. Die Stelle umfasst Vollzeit (bis 30 Std/Woche) und Teilzeit mit festem Schichtplan.

Du arbeitest Mo-Sa, mit zwei Samstagen pro Monat. Einstiegslohn 16,50 €/Stunde brutto, mit Anpassung nach 12 Monaten auf 16,89 € und nach 24 Monaten auf 18,90 €; Nachtzuschlag 4,81 €, insgesamt 20,86

Qualifications

• 18 Jahre oder älter.
• Deutsch und/oder Englisch beherrschen.
• Sicherheits- und Arbeitsschutzregeln verstehen und befolgen.

Responsibilities

• Empfang und Vorbereitung von Inventar für die Auslieferung.
• Verwendung von Scannern, Computern und Handheld-Druckern.
• Paletten und Pakete bauen, verpacken, sortieren und transportieren.
• Wareneingang von Lkw-Lieferungen prüfen.

Job description

Ab dem 1. September 2026 wird der Einstiegslohn auf 16,50 Euro pro Stunde erhöht.

Vergütung

Verdiene einen rechnerischen Stundenlohn von 16,50€/h brutto

Garantierte Lohnanpassung nach 12 Monaten (rechnerisch 16,89€/hbrutto)und 24 Monaten (rechnerisch 18,90€/h brutto)

Nachtschift

• 20,86 €/Stunde (brutto) inkl. steuerfreiem Nachtzuschlag von 4,81 €/Stunde für Stunden, die zwischen 23:00 und 06:00 Uhr gearbeitet werden (gemäß Nachtschichtregelung).

Schichten

Wir bieten sowohl Vollzeit- (+30 Stunden/Woche) als auch Teilzeitmöglichkeiten (12+ Stunden/Woche) mit festen Schichtplänen, die zu verschiedenen Lebensstilen passen.

Schichtoptionen und Verfügbarkeit variieren je nach Standort, aber du hast die Möglichkeit, deinen Zeitplan später im Prozess auszuwählen.

Arbeitswoche: Mo-Sa, 5 Tage, 2 Samstage/Monat

Job Overview

You’ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station – the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. You’ll load conveyorbelts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Some of your duties may include

• Receive and prepare inventory for delivery
• Use technology like scanners, computers, and handheld printers
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
• Receive truck deliveries of customer packages

You’ll also need to be able to

• Lift (products up to 15kg), stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
• View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around.
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years or older and proficient in German and/or English, with the ability to understand and adhere to all jobrequirement and safety guidelines.
