Zusammenfassung

Qualifikationen

  • Completed vocational training as BTA/CTA/MTLA (or similar).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality, both in actual laboratory practice and in documentation.
  • Excellent pipetting and documentation skills.
  • Experience preparing reagents and buffers.
  • Familiar with protocols and performing procedures consistently from prior lab work.
  • Basic experience with Histology or Immuno-Histochemistry is a plus.
  • Strong German and English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate basic laboratory equipment (PCR machine, tabletop centrifuge, etc.)
  • Strong ability to follow protocols and procedures and complete tasks in a team environment.
  • Execute assignments according to established protocols
  • Review raw data for quality and consistency
  • Basic statistics evaluation with Microsoft Excel
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date laboratory notebook, tracking work as required
  • Work in a regulated GCP environment with a Laboratory Information and Management Software (LIMS)
  • Participate in general lab maintenance such as cleaning freezers, shared lab space and equipment, and stocking shared reagents and consumables
  • Participate in the establishment of new assays and devices as part of the validation process
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its operations
Qualifications / Experience
  • Completed vocational training as BTA/CTA/MTLA (or similar)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality, both in actual laboratory practice and in documentation
  • Excellent laboratory skills, including proficiency in pipetting, documentation and procedure (clinical, sterile, or molecular, depending on the needs of the laboratory)
  • Experience converting measurements and preparing chemical solutions and buffers
  • Ability to understand protocols and perform protocols with consistency as demonstrated through previous laboratory experience
  • Basic experience or proficiency with laboratory equipment and laboratory analysis such as Histology and Immuno-Histochemistry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English language
