Gulp Ag is seeking a laboratory technician for a client in the chemical industry in Heilbronn. The ideal candidate has medical-technical training (CTA/BTA) or equivalent and hands-on quality management experience.

Strong German and English skills, with MS Office proficiency, are expected. Responsibilities include release tests, hygiene monitoring, and laboratory administration, plus supporting quality management projects and external audits.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed medical-technical training as a chemical laboratory assistant, CTA, BTA or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in the field of quality management.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and microbiology is desirable.
• Knowledge of the relevant quality standards and technical norms is desirable.
• Computer skills (MS Office).
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• High quality awareness and teamwork skills.
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented work style as well as organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct and document release tests, including validation.
• Monitor sterilization processes.
• Conduct and evaluate hygiene monitoring.
• Laboratory administration.
• Manage quarantine and retention samples.
• Assist with investigations of complaints and laboratory products, including related documentation.
• Participate in quality planning and conduct external audits by notified bodies, authorities, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal norms and regulations.
• Conduct and support quality management projects.
