Zusammenfassung

NovaTaste sucht in Freilassing einen Laborant (f/m/d) in Teilzeit (min. 28 Std./Woche).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Qualitätskontrollen von Rohstoffen, Analyse von Gewürzen und Zusatzstoffen, mikrobielle und chemisch/physikalische Analysen sowie sensorische Bewertungen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich (Milchlabortik, Chemielaborant oder Lebensmitteltechniker) und Erfahrung in Lebensmittellabors mit.

Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelanalyse oder analytischen Laborumgebung
• Kenntnisse in Instrumentalanalyse (HPLC, PCR)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben

• Qualitätskontrollen von Rohmaterialien durchführen
• Mikrobiologische und chemisch/physikalische Analysen durchführen
• Sensorische Bewertungen durchführen
• Proben entnehmen, registrieren und lagern

Tasks

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, complex spice and food additive blends, as well as meat products
• Independently perform microbiological and chemical/physical analyses according to defined testing methods
• Carry out sensory evaluations to assess product quality and characteristics
• Perform sampling, e.g., of raw materials or for microbiological environmental monitoring
• Receive, register, label, and properly store incoming samples
• Prepare and process samples in accordance with laboratory standards
• Analyze, interpret, and evaluate test results, including computer-based documentation
• Prepare analysis certificates and related documentation
• Collaborate with external laboratories and coordinate outsourced analyses
• Operate, maintain, and monitor analytical laboratory equipment, taking responsibility for assigned instruments and testing devices
• Perform equipment maintenance and calibrations according to maintenance schedules

Skills

• Completed vocational training as a dairy laboratory technician, chemical laboratory technician, food technology specialist, or a comparable qualification
• Practical experience in food analytics or in an analytical laboratory environment
• Experience with instrumental analysis, particularly HPLC and PCR
• Proficient use of MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Independent and conscientious work style with strong attention to precise documentation
• Committed, reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
