Nash Direct GmbH is seeking a Lab Support Technician (f/m/d) in Munich for a leading global technology company. You will support laboratory operation, ensure validation readiness, and coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance.

Role involves lab logistics, soldering, mechanical work, and collaboration with validation engineers to enable daily lab activities.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in electronics, testing, or laboratory environments.
• Practical soldering and mechanical skills.
• Experience with measurement equipment, calibration, inventory, or lab logistics is a plus.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Good English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support the operation and compliance of multiple laboratories and ensure test environments are ready for validation activities.
• Coordinate calibration, repair, and maintenance of measurement equipment, including external service providers.
• Manage lab logistics: packing, shipping, storage, hardware distribution, and inventory.
• Maintain equipment databases and SAP-related documentation.
• Support validation setups, including installation and modification of racks, benches, equipment, and cabling.
• Perform SMD soldering and component replacement, including components down to 0201.
• Carry out basic mechanical work on copper and aluminum parts.
• Prepare boards and accessories for validation setups.
• Work closely with validation engineers and team leads on daily lab activities.

For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 1 year with option to be extended/take over.
