An IT solutions company seeks an L2 Onsite IT Support specialist based primarily in Frechen, Germany. Responsibilities include managing technical support tickets, overseeing user account management, and ensuring network connectivity. Candidates should be multilingual (German & English) with experience in desktop support. This is a contract position requiring onsite presence with some remote work flexibility.
L2 Onsite IT Support /Desktop Support
Location: Frechen, Germany (mostly onsite with some flexibility of remote). Occasional travel is required to cover the IT support person in Frankfurt office.
