Embedded Shishya is seeking an experienced Körber WMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of Körber HighJump solutions for remote delivery. You will drive end-to-end WMS delivery, optimize warehouse processes, and guide teams across multiple client engagements.

The role requires 8+ years in Warehouse Management Systems, hands-on configuration, integrations, and project leadership. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and ensure successful, on-time

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Körber WMS (HighJump).
• Proven experience in leading WMS implementations and support projects.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and 3PL/Retail/eCommerce environments.
• Experience in system configuration and customization; integrations (API, EDI, middleware); data migration and upgrades.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions.
• Manage a team of consultants, developers, and support engineers.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable WMS solutions.
• Oversee system configuration, customer development, and integrations with ERP/OMS/TMS.
• Drive warehouse process optimization across inbound, outbound, inventory, and labor.
• Own project delivery: planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, on-time delivery within budget.
• Support pre-sales activities: solutioning, effort estimation, client presentations.
• Ensure best practices in performance optimization, system scalability, and process standardization.

We are looking for an experienced Körber WMS Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of Körber (HighJump) Warehouse Management System solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and end-to-end WMS delivery, along with proven leadership experience in managing teams and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Körber (HighJump) WMS solutions
