Job summary

OneForma is seeking field moderators to guide participants through controlled indoor AI research sessions using smart display devices. You will perform natural head movements, walk near devices, sit at varying distances, and wear everyday accessories while remaining on-camera.

Locations include Las Vegas, NV; Redmond, WA; and New York, NY. Sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, scheduled at your convenience, with compensation of $125 per completed session.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available for a single in-person session at one of the listed locations.
• Comfortable being video recorded for AI research purposes.
• Must present a valid government-issued photo ID (U.S. or international accepted).
• Consent to video recording for AI research and development.

Responsibilities

• Guide participants through simple, natural activities in front of a camera.
• Assist with sessions involving movement toward and around a device at varying distances.
• Monitor comfort levels and ensure sessions stay within the scenario instructions.
• Wear everyday accessories as required (glasses, hat, or headband).
• Maintain strict adherence to the provided scenario with no improvisation.
• Support the AI research team by ensuring consistent data collection conditions.
• Participate in sessions scheduled at convenient locations and times.

What you’ll do

A field moderator will guide you through simple, natural activities in a controlled indoor environment using smart display devices. Sessions include:

• Performing natural head movements in front of a camera


• Walking toward and around a device at various distances


• Sitting at different distances from the device in low-light conditions


• Wearing everyday accessories - glasses, a hat, or a headband


• Moving naturally through a scene without engaging with the device


• Following moderator-directed scenario instructions


• Everything is guided. Nothing is improvised. You’ll know exactly what’s expected before you start.

Locations

• Las Vegas, Nevada


• Redmond, Washington


• New York, New York

You choose the location that works for you. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience.

Compensation

$125 per completed session

Payment via Tremendous (gift card or Visa Prepaid Card)

Paid within 3-5 days of session completion

Duration

Each session takes 1.5 to 2 hours . One visit, one session, done.
