Zusammenfassung

THOST Projektmanagement GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Bau- und Immobiliensektor. Sie leiten internationale Mobilitäts- und Energieprojekte, koordinieren Planungsprozesse und steuern Vertrags- und Risikomanagement. Relevante HOAI-/VOB-Kenntnisse sowie Mehrsprachigkeit sind von Vorteil.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Interface-Management zwischen Auftraggebern, Investoren und Nutzern sowie die Organisation komplexer Projekte mit Fokus auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Architektur oder Wirtschaft.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in internationalen Projekten sowie wünschenswertes Know-how in HOAI und VOB.
• Analytisches Denken, Planung und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikationskompetenz.
• Fließende Französisch-, Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Geschäftskontexten.
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) sowie MS Project oder Oracle.

Aufgaben

• Projektleitung und -steuerung anspruchsvoller Mobilitäts- und Energieprojekte.
• Organisation, Strukturierung und Koordination von Planungsprozessen unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität.
• Vertrags- und Risikomanagement bei anspruchsvollen Bauprojekten.
• Interface-Management zwischen Auftraggebern, Investoren und Nutzern.
• Projektorganisation und Koordination.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed technical studies in the field of engineering, architecture or commerce
• First professional experience in international projects and practical application of HOAI and VOB desirable
• Analytical thinking, planning and organisational talent, as well as very good communication skills
• Fluent language skills in French, English and German, including business contexts
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Project and\/or Oracle
• Willingness to travel national and international, as well as willingness to relocate nationally and internationally
