Zusammenfassung

LAPP Mobility GmbH in Stuttgart sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Finanzprozess-Experten zur Optimierung und Automatisierung der Finanzprozesse im EMEA-Raum. Sie arbeiten eng mit IT, Controlling und Fachbereichen zusammen und treiben Transformationsprojekte voran.

Sie nutzen S/4 HANA, führen Change-Management-Maßnahmen durch und verantworten Rollouts. Die Position bietet hybrides Arbeiten, attraktive Sozialleistungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem globalen Familienunternehmen.

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in BWL, Finance oder Wirtschaftsinformatik erforderlich.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Finanzen/Accounting.
• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und S/4 HANA von Vorteil.
• Versierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
• Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Problemlösung.

Aufgaben

• Sie analysieren, optimieren und automatisieren Finanzprozesse innerhalb der LAPP-Gruppe, mit Schwerpunkt EMEA.
• Sie steuern globale Optimierungsinitiativen im Finanzbereich und bringen Prozess- und Systemkompetenz ein, insbesondere in S/4 HANA.
• Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Finanzen, IT und internen Kunden und übersetzen Anforderungen in umsetzbare Lösungen.
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Schlüsselprojektphasen von der Blueprint-Erstellung bis zur Implementierung und Rollout.
• Sie kommunizieren sicher mit Projektbeteiligten, Stakeholdern und Entscheidungsträgern, mit transparenter Entscheidungsgrundlage.

Your tasks

• You analyze, optimize, and automate finance processes within the LAPP Group, with a special focus on the EMEA region
• You manage global optimization initiatives in the finance area and contribute your process and system expertise, particularly in the S/4 HANA environment
• As a connecting interface between finance, IT, and internal customers, you translate requirements into viable solutions and actively drive their implementation forward
• You take responsibility for key project phases—from blueprint creation through implementation to rollout—and support the necessary change management measures
• You communicate confidently with project participants, stakeholders, and decision‑makers, ensuring transparency, reliability, and clear decision‑making foundations

Your profile

• A completed vocational training or degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, or Business Informatics is required
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting as well as in leading or managing projects are needed
• The candidate should have an excellent understanding of financial processes, global economic contexts, and digital transformation approaches
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex issues in a structured manner and implement solution‑oriented measures are essential
• High advisory competence, strong communication skills, and confidence in dealing with stakeholders at different levels are also important
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP is necessary, and experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage
• Additionally, very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
