Arethia is seeking a Key Account Project Manager to support Global Key Accounts by coordinating projects, ensuring smooth execution, and serving as the primary link between customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes hands-on project management, structured coordination, and delivering high service levels with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage project timelines, handle tenders, and coordinate with internal experts to provide timely, consistent responses.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, key account support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Business proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on mentality and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify, set up and plan projects with Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination.

As a Key Account Project Manager, you support the management of our Global Key Accounts by coordinating projects, ensuring smooth execution, and acting as a reliable link between the customer and our internal teams.

The focus of the role is on hands‑on project management, structured coordination, and delivering a high level of service to the customer. You help ensure that customer requests, projects, and initiatives are implemented efficiently and with strong internal collaboration.

Your Mission

Project Management & Coordination

• Identify, set up and plan projects with the Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination
