Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high‑tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile
  • To be based in Wolfsburg office.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in automotive key account management, preferably with German OEMs.
  • Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and winning new business.
  • Fluent in English and German; Korean is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of VW Group’s organizational structure and decision‑making processes.
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Technical understanding of automotive systems (e.g. e‑power train).
  • Project management and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a global matrix organization
Your tasks
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account strategy for VW Group across all brands (VW, Audi, Porsche, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the VW ecosystem for Ept Products.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and long‑term agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VW purchasing, engineering, and program management teams.
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders at VW and internally.
  • Organize and lead regular business reviews and technical workshops.
  • Support acquisition and launch of new projects in collaboration with Mobis engineering and project teams.
  • Monitor project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Stay informed on VW’s strategic direction, platform developments, and technology roadmaps.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate and resolve critical issues affecting the customer relationship.
  • Stay informed on VW’s strategic direction, platform developments, and technology roadmaps.
