We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers.
  • Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with international teams.
  • Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out‑of‑home, retail, or industrial channels.
  • Proven success in international account management.
