Role Description

For our sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with a technical background and at least two years of sales experience in sales. As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer throughout all stages—from initial acquisition to ongoing development.

Your Tasks
  • Acquisition of new customers.
  • Negotiation of agreements and conditions with customers.
  • Preparation and creation of quotations based on agreed conditions.
  • Development of customer specific components in collaboration with the key account and colleagues from development.
  • Support the customers in commercial and technical matters.
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from sales, engineering, quality management, and administration to achieve optimal overall solutions.
  • Close cooperation with partners and suppliers in Germany and abroad.

Your Profile
  • Degree in engineering or sales
  • Experience in sales and Key Account management
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Professional proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus
  • Interest and basic understanding of sensor technology and electrical components
  • Knowledge of HVAC and/or HoReCa sectors (preferred)
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
