Key Account Manager f/m

Main Mission

As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most strategic clients, develop long-term partnerships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities and Activities
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned existing and prospect accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities worldwide to maximize account value.
  • Coordinate with operations, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business reviews.
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report results with a business review to senior management.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Negotiate complex contracts agreements and renewals in alignment with company policies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Contribute to strategic account planning and forecasting.
  • Be responsible of the global satisfaction of the clients.

Profile Required

Education: Business School or equivalent, Master level preferred.

Experience: 7-10 years in account management on strategic sales, or client services, ideally in B2B or experiential marketing environments.

Technical Skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.
  • Ability to build and present financial proposals with ROI analysis and business case development.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to analyze account data and generate actionable insights for portfolio growth.
  • Identify the development strategy for your portfolio. Experience designing account development strategies and multi-year business plans.
  • Capacity to manage complex, long-term client engagements.
  • Understanding brand activation and experiential marketing is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills: convey strategy, updates, and expectations clearly to C-level clients and internal stakeholders.
