About the role

We're seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow our beauty-focused retail accounts in Germany. You’ll join our Sales team in Cologne, working at the heart of our business. Your mission: deliver ambitious profit and growth targets by building standout partnerships and executing Dyson’s strategy flawlessly—on the ground and online.

You will
  • Develop and execute strategic annual account plans that align Dyson and retailer priorities.
  • Own sales and gross margin targets, using sharp forecasting and promotional planning.
  • Lead product launches and campaigns, ensuring standout results with our German retail partners.
  • Elevate the Dyson brand and categories both in-store and online, always aiming for the highest standards.
  • Drive retail media and maximise the ecommerce equation—traffic, conversion, AOV, and sales—on partner websites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (activation, media, category management) to maximise ROI and shopper engagement.
  • Deliver compelling business reviews and proposals to senior retail partners.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers and actively identify new, strategic partners.
About you
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or key account management
