Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager - Haematology to join a dynamic team in Germany. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong commercial relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in hospitals to ensure access to products within key accounts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about rare diseases and biotechnology, with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with office-based and hospital hematologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other relevant personnel.
  • Create a positive image of the company among key customer groups.
  • Analyze the region to identify and develop relevant centers for the rare disease PNH.
  • Provide educational and commercial services to physicians and pharmacies.
  • Promote products in alignment with marketing and sales strategies while adhering to legal boundaries.
  • Plan, organize, and execute local educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, MSL, DLS, MACC, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, CRM database updates, and account management records.
  • Collect and report pharmacovigilance information in line with internal SOPs.
  • Represent the territory in reviews, account plan discussions, and at national/international events and congresses.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Background in biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the orphan market, or a master's degree in biology, Chemistry, or a related field with a strong sales mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in project management, particularly scientific events.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare providers in both community and academic settings.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of country-specific pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, including overnight stays.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
