Your tasks will include

• Operation and further development of the server and network infrastructure
• Support for virtualization using VMware and Proxmox as well as application provisioning using Citrix
• Support for our security infrastructure including endpoint protection, firewall systems and security monitoring
• Support for the Microsoft 365 cloud
• Support for identity and management systems (Active Directory and Entra ID)
• Installation, maintenance and support of the IT client environment
• Support, administration and validation of specialist applications
• Implementation and documentation of activities under GMP
• Accepting, analyzing and processing service and support requests via ticket system

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification - career starters are welcome!
