About the role :

Own Saltz Marketplace's expansion in your city You'll be the key link between Saltz Marketplace and your city's restaurants - finding and connecting with new restaurants, meeting chefs and managers, and showing them how our app makes their lives easier. You'll support them from their first order onwards, whether it's a cozy lunch spot or a Michelin-level kitchen.

We'll provide all the training you need and give you the freedom to manage your day and achieve your goals. This is a full-time position and a perfect opportunity to kick-start your career in sales

What you will do :

Actively find and win new restaurant partners by visiting them in person

Present our innovative app solution and show chefs how Saltz makes ordering effortless

Manage your own schedule to meet with restaurant and chefs across the city meetings per month)

Build and nurture great relationships with your new partners, helping them get the most out of our platform

Confidently guide chefs through live demos of the app

What you need :

You understand how a kitchen or hotel really operates. Maybe you've been a chef, a waitress, or worked in restaurant / hotel management. This hands-on experience is a huge plus. We welcome career changers

Bonus : first experience in sales (even from an internship or part-time job) is an advantage, but not a deal-breaker. We'll teach you the rest.

You're excited to be out and about This isn't a desk job, you'll be exploring the city, discovering new restaurants, and meeting passionate chefs and managers face-to-face.

Excellent communication skills in both German and English

A confident, positive attitude and the curiosity to learn about negotiation and closing.

Bonus : You speak other languages fluently.

Our hiring process :

We aim for a fast, transparent, and fair process. Here's what you can expect :

Get-to-know-You chat (30 min) : A video call with our Talent team to discuss your background, what motivates you, and learn why you're excited about Saltz Marketplace

Short Take-Home Task (approx. 15 min) : After our first chat, we'll send you a brief task. It's nothing to worry about and shouldn't take more than 15 minutes - it just helps us see how you think.

Skills Interview min) : You'll meet with our Talent team again to discuss your take-home task and chat more about how you handle different situations.

Final Conversation (45 min) : You'll meet your future Hiring Manager. This is a chance to show your sales skills in a friendly, practical exercise (a 'role-play') and for us both to confirm it's a great cultural fit.
