Job summary

Sandbox Interactive, part of Stillfront Group, is seeking a project/office manager in Berlin to support leadership and cross-functional teams across business and game development topics. You will research, prepare presentations, and draft decision documents while keeping processes well-organized and compliant with privacy requirements.

You will work in a dynamic, gaming-focused environment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, with opportunities for professional development, autonomy, and involvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field.
• Experience organizing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Experience creating professional presentations and documentation.
• Strong analytical and research skills; synthesize information into insights.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.

Sandbox Interactive is the ambitious game development studio behind the award-winning game Albion Online. The game is the first true cross-platform MMO, and is playable on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android with more than 350.000 daily players and over 2 million monthly visitors on our website. Your Game

• Research and prepare presentations on a wide variety of topics in the games sphere
• Prepare decision documents for important product and business topics
• Independently execute ad-hoc tasks and smaller projects

• Support the leadership and the operational units in their daily business activities
• Contribute across the business and provide structure and organization wherever possible
• Assist in managing and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, with a focus on privacy-related topics

Your Talent

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in creating professional presentations and documentation
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in German & English
• Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management within a creative industry, ideally gaming or entertainment
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and an understanding of game production workflow
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate between diverse stakeholders
• Experience in supporting senior leadership or managing smaller projects
• Basic knowledge of process improvement techniques or methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Additional language skills relevant to the gaming market are a plus
