Our Shop Applications Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.

What you will do

• Work closely with the Product Lead, support stakeholder management and be a driving part of the ABOUT YOU mobile app team.
• Support the development of app features with a hands‑on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA´s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating dev-ready tickets.
• Coordinate the product development team by triaging operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing business impact
• Work data‑driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers' needs
• Conceptualize ideas for new improvements and handle taking features from the idea to execution.
• Be part of an international product team and develop features for millions of users
• Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision‑making processes

Who you are

• A deep understanding of technology, business processes and functional dependencies
• At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership
• First‑hand experience with UI design and/or development tools is a plus
• Experience in e‑commerce is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily
• You are analytical, data‑driven and focus on efficiency and solutions
• Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused approach
• Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence
• A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility for
