Bosch is seeking master’s graduates for the Junior Managers Program to digitalize global plants and optimize manufacturing. Over 12 to 24 months, you will rotate through manufacturing, digitalization, and automation across Germany and worldwide, acting as a creator rather than a spectator.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, learn Industry 4.0 concepts, and become prepared for leadership with mentoring. A permanent contract and hybrid work model support development.

Shape the production of the future with us! We are looking for master’s graduates with a drive to make a difference, who will digitalize our global plants and optimize manufacturing processes in our Junior Managers Program. Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will become part of the transformation of our manufacturing—not as a spectator, but as a creator. You will rotate through various areas of manufacturing, digitalization, and automation—in Germany and worldwide—and dive deep into topics such as Industry 4.0, automation, and smart production. Your mission: make the factory of the future a reality.

You won't just work on projects—you will drive them forward. Together with experienced executives, you will bring ideas to life, test new approaches, and directly see the impact of your work on the production floor.

Your academic foundation

You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Topics such as lean production, automation, digitalization, or AI genuinely excite you. Perhaps you already bring initial work experience or a PhD.
