Your future contribution

As an ambitious and motivated lawyer who recently graduated, you will put your acquired law skills into practice and shape the future of the travel industry with us. You will take responsibility, work autonomously and be part of a dynamic and highly qualified legal team that enables the HomeToGo Group to grow further. Candid feedback, as well as a dynamic and open minded work atmosphere will lead to a quick personal development so that you may advise on general and various legal topics on your own as well as in close collaboration with our lawyers and other teams. You deliver outstanding advice, are able to propose your own solutions and support the legal and compliance team with a high variety of daily tasks in particular concerning civil, regulatory, e-commerce, and contract law.

How you’ll add value
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents
  • Maintaining and improving processes and standards to optimise legal and compliance workflows
  • Communicating legal advice in a simple, practicable and clear manner
  • Researching changes in legislation remaining up to date with regulatory and statutory requirements affecting the travel tech industry
  • Ensuring effective legal housekeeping and supporting legal documentation
  • Coordinating stakeholders as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance
  • Managing projects inherent to different departments or group entities
You’ll be successful in this role if you
  • Graduated successfully in law : strong legal education from Germany (one or two state exams, e.g.) or another EU country
  • Have high proficiency (C1 / 2) in English, German at least B-level skills
  • Are diligent and reliable : high sense of responsibility, eye for detail and nuance
  • Have good analytical and organizational skills, are open minded, eager to learn and bring along sound judgement and pragmatism
  • Thrive when faced with a challenge, enjoy candid feedback, and possess a direct nature
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • You have a broad interest in various legal fields
