Zusammenfassung

Tricera in Dresden is seeking a Junior IT Systems Administrator for a part-time role in the Administration department. You will maintain Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud infrastructure, and MDM systems while upholding security and availability.

You will handle IT requests via our ticketing system, design IT projects, and contribute to a flexible, collaborative work environment with 2–3 remote days per week.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent IT training.
• Experience in managing IT systems and network infrastructures.
• A structured and independent work style, with strong interest in modern IT solutions.
• Team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English (min. B2).
• Motivation to shape new structures and to develop IT sustainably.

At our Dresden location, we are looking for a new part‑time team member in the Administration department to start as soon as possible.

Here’s what your day‑to‑day work with us will look like

• Responsibility for our IT infrastructure: You will continuously maintain and further develop our Microsoft 365 environment, Windows environment, cloud infrastructure, and MDM systems.
• Ensuring IT security and availability: You will monitor and further develop our systems and optimize security standards
• Managing IT support: You will prioritize and coordinate IT requests via our internal ticketing system and ensure efficient solutions.
• Designing new IT projects: You will implement innovative IT initiatives that sustainably improve our work environment, processes, and communication channels.
