Job summary

up in blue GmbH is seeking a motivated IT professional who has completed vocational training and wants to deepen real project knowledge. You will work on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Intune projects, automate processes with PowerShell, and help build cloud-based infrastructure.

A direct line to project owners and flexible hours with remote options are offered. You bring apprenticeship experience, interest in automation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational IT training, ideally Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration.
• First experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Intune.
• Interest in automation and scripting with PowerShell.
• Good communication skills and willingness to help people.
• Structured, self-reliant with team spirit.

You have finished your vocational IT training and want to deepen what you knowon real projects rather than in training material? You enjoy working withMicrosoft 365, SharePoint and Intune, and you would like to automate therepetitive parts with PowerShell? Then we should talk.

Short paths, no ticket silos: you talk directly to the people who own theprojects — including at the client.

What you will do

• Work on client projects around Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intuneand Copilot
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts that automate IT processes
• Help build and improve cloud-based infrastructure
• Handle technical client requests reliably and traceably
• Contribute to our internal standards, so things go faster the second time

What you bring

• Completed vocational training in IT, ideally as Fachinformatiker:inSystemintegration (German IT apprenticeship)
• First experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint or Intune
• An interest in automation and scripting with PowerShell
• Good communication skills and a genuine willingness to help people
• A structured, self-reliant way of working — and team spirit
