Zusammenfassung

Xenium AG sucht Mitarbeitende zur Beratung in Deutschland oder Österreich. Sie analysieren Ist-Zustände in Projekten, entwickeln Lösungsvorschläge und treiben Anforderungen, Management und Strategie gemeinsam mit dem Team voran.

Sie bringen ein Fachstudium in Informatik/WI, Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, analytische Denkweise und kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Reisebereitschaft für Vor-Ort-Einsätze 1–2 Tage pro Woche wird erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der genannten Fächer.
• Begeisterung für Digitalisierung und innovative Lösungsansätze.
• Analytik, Struktur und klare Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch.

Aufgaben

• Ist-Analysen in Beratungsprojekten durchführen und Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren.
• Lösungsvorschläge erarbeiten und dem Kunden präsentieren.
• Anforderungsmanagement und Projektmanagement aktiv unterstützen und koordinieren.

Together with your colleagues, you analyze the current state in consulting projects, identify areas for improvement, and develop solution proposals for our clients in Germany or Austria.

Together with your project team and in close cooperation with the client, you will drive the project forward in requirements management, project management and strategy.

What you bring to the table

You hold a degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Geoinformatics, Physics, Mathematics, or a similar discipline.

You are passionate about digitalization topics and have the ambition to approach them creatively and think outside the box.

You think analytically and conceptually and can express your ideas clearly and precisely.

You are confident communicating in both German and English and are happy to travel for on-site project work with your team at the client’s premises on average 1-2 days per week (business travel across the DACH region).
