Job summary

NVISO Security in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a (Junior) HR Consultant / Recruiter to support recruitment across technical teams. You will work closely with hiring managers, shape job descriptions, ensure a smooth process, and manage candidate satisfaction.

You will source through LinkedIn and other channels, organize university events, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. The role requires IT/Consulting recruitment experience, 1+ year, and willingness to be on-site at least 2

Qualifications

• Citizenship in one NATO member state or Austria.
• 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in IT and/or consulting recruitment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards.
• People-oriented, with strong collaboration and client-satisfaction focus.
• Results-driven with ability to meet deadlines.
• On-site in Frankfurt at least 2 days per week.
• Fluent business English and German (C1).

Responsibilities

As a (Junior) HR Consultant / Recruiter (m/w/d), located in or close to Frankfurt am Main, these would be your tasks:

Tasks

• Very close collaboration with the hiring managers of the technical departments;


• Evaluation and consulting in setting up the job descriptions and requirements;


• Responsibility for a smooth running recruitment process and a high level of candidate’s satisfaction;


• Direct approach of suitable candidates via tools like LinkedIn;


• Organizing interesting trade shows at universities, job fairs, etc.;


• Implementation of additional recruitment channels and taking ownership for following those up;


• Building up an international network of cyber security experts on a global basis;


• Advertisement and publishment of job descriptions via different social media channels;


• Supporting with innovative ideas regarding the topics Employer Branding or Well-Being or Learning & Development;


• Onboarding of new joiners incl. preparation of welcome packages and presentation of HR introduction;


• Setting up contract proposals, offer packages and clarifying questions in the offer stage;


• Daily support in local Office Management tasks;


• Supporting in general HR administration on a daily basis.

Requirements

• You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or the Austrian citizenship;


• You finished an apprenticeship or you hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field;


• You have 1 year or more of experience in Recruitment that has equipped you with the skills, the mindset and the knowledge to support the recruitment of our teams;


• You have done recruitment in IT and / or Consulting and are acquainted with using LinkedIn & other job boards and recruitment tools to manage our pool of applicants;


• You are a “people person” and concerned about your colleagues;


• You are results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines. You value quality and client-satisfaction; above all, and appreciate the value of outstanding deliverables;


• You are able to be on-site (at the Frankfurt office) at least 2 days per week;


• Fluent business English and German language skills (at least C1 level).
