What to Expect - Your Responsibilities:

• analyse, validate and interpret business, customer and product data to derive actionable insights that make a real difference.
• develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPI solutions in Power BI to show stakeholders at a glance where they stand.
• monitor and optimise data pipelines and reports, ensuring that every number is reliable and traceable.
• contribute to data quality, data governance and continuous process optimisation, helping to set standards.
• support stakeholders and work closely with cross-functional teams (including the Jira ticket workflow).
• also help to develop and maintain the data catalogue, KPI definitions and self-service analytics features, enabling others to work with data independently.

• Practical experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and data processing techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, PySpark/Python and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Power BI for creating meaningful visualisations.
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• High attention to detail and a clear commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex data insights clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a proactive attitude, genuine curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and methods.
• You are open to AI-driven analytics and have gained initial experience with AI-powered tools, analytical use cases or automation solutions. You view AI as an enabler.
• You have B2-level proficiency in German and are fluent in English (ideally C1, at least B2).
