We’re looking for a Junior CRM Specialist who will support the setup, execution, and optimization of multi-channel customer journeys. You’ll help run campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, learning how CRM connects data, tools, and communication to drive customer engagement and retention.
What You’ll Do 🎯
- Set up, QA, and launch CRM campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS) following clear briefs and playbooks.
- Support day-to-day operations in our CRM tools (e.g. Braze): update segments, schedule sends, and maintain existing journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teammates to implement campaign changes, test ideas, and keep journeys up to date.
- Monitor key campaign metrics, flag issues (e.g. broken links, wrong audiences, low performance), and suggest simple improvements.
- Help document processes, campaign setups, and learnings so the CRM team can work more efficiently and scale.
What You’ll Bring 💡
- Experience or strong interest in working on digital campaigns (e.g. email, app, or marketing projects) where you followed structured processes.
- Curiosity about CRM and lifecycle marketing, and a willingness to learn tools like Braze and work with data-driven campaigns.
- Comfortable working with basic data (lists, filters, simple reports) and using this to support decisions or identify issues.
- Clear and proactive communication skills to collaborate with marketers, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Bonus: Exposure to email tools, push/in-app notifications, or previous work/internships in marketing, product, or growth.
