What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll work side by side with the management and finance teams, combining analytical thinking with hands‑on initiative.
- Analyse P&L, balance sheet, and cash‑flow data to deliver insights that guide business performance.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and management summaries with clarity and precision.
- Support annual planning, forecasts, and mid‑term projections across multiple business units.
- Help refine controlling tools and develop new KPIs that measure what truly matters.
- Contribute ideas to optimise financial processes and take part in exciting, cross‑functional projects.
- Your work will provide the foundation for data‑driven growth decisions that reach across borders and brands.
What you bring:
- You’re ambitious, curious, and comfortable diving deep into detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
- First practical experience in Controlling or Finance through internships or working‑student roles.
- Strong Excel skills and an affinity for tools such as SAP Business One, Lucanet, or Tableau.
- Analytical mindset, structured working style, and a collaborative attitude.
- Fluent in German and English.
