MYTHERESA in Leipzig sucht eine/n Junior Claims Coordinator (w/m/d) in Vollzeit zur internationalen Korrespondenz mit Lieferanten.

Sie koordinieren Rücksendungen, erstellen Versand- und Zolldokumente, betreuen Gutschriften und Ersatzlieferungen und arbeiten eng mit Einkauf, Kundenservice sowie Personal Shoppern zusammen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit externen Partnern.

Responsibilities

• Lieferantenkorrespondenz zu Reklamationen und Bewertung der Ware.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wareneingang, Einkauf, Kundenservice und Personal Shoppern.
• Koordination von Retouren, Warenaustausch und Kommissionen.
• Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten, Verpackung der Rücksendungen.
• Bearbeitung von Gutschriften und Ersatzlieferungen.
