(Junior) Bookkeeper / Financial Accountant (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
  • In this role, you manage incoming as well as outgoing invoices ensuring all bills are paid on time
  • Therefore, you verify and carry out payment processes, keep track on any outstanding items, reconcile open items and maintain our master data
  • You support in the management of bank and cash accounts including the creation of accruals
  • Furthermore, you process travel expenses and credit card transactions, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and handle various accounting entries (e.g., accruals, reclassifications, and deferrals)
  • You support in the creation of reports and analysis of financial data enabling our management for better decision making
  • Supporting in further tasks and projects is possible, e.g., support the preparation of financial statements as well as the preparation of advance VAT returns
Your profile:
  • You successfully finished your commercial education with a focus on finance, bookkeeping, taxes or comparable
  • Thereby, you developed experiences in applying VAT and commercial law regulations (HGB)
  • Prior experiences with financial software such as MS Navision or Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
  • You prefer working independently, reliable and precisely, with a proactive hands‑on mentality
  • Furthermore, you demonstrate a strong affinity for numbers as well as Excel and good team collaboration skills
  • You demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English language
