HICO Group in Germany is seeking a Junior BI Consultant Analytics, Qlik (80-100%) (f/m/d). You will design and implement modern data analytics solutions, focusing on Qlik Sense/Cloud and dashboards to deliver client value.

A university degree in a related field helps, and you’ll work with Power BI as a plus while collaborating with international clients in a hybrid setup. You will participate in BI projects across the full lifecycle, from presales to company-wide rollouts, and enjoy a modern,

• Experience in reporting, designing and building dashboards with Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud is an advantage.
• Consulting experience is a plus, but not required—you'll learn on the job.
• Understanding of business processes and data analytics to support decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with German and English proficiency.

What do you bring to the table?

• Initial experience in reporting, designing, and building dashboards with Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud is an advantage
• Initial consulting experience is a plus, but not a must—you'll learn everything you need with us to achieve the best results in any situation
• A university degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable field—or a completed IT-related vocational qualification
• A passion for understanding business processes and supporting and optimizing decision‑making with data analytics solutions
• Beneficial skills: Practical experience with Qlik Sense; Power BI is a plus
• Other beneficial skills: IBCS, SAC, Tableau, SQL, SSIS/SSAS, MS Azure, Snowflake, SAP BW, Power Platform
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very good German and English skills
