Scalable Capital is looking for entry level backend software engineers to build a brand new banking platform. You will work on a modern tech stack, focusing on scalable design and high-quality code.

You will join a fast-growing FinTech team, translating business problems into technical solutions and collaborating with financial institutions. International relocation support and a competitive package are provided.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Commitment to clean, well-architected, testable code.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with modern infra/tools like Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, Python.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture is a plus.
• Financial services background is a plus but not required.

Build a new exciting banking platform to serve our customers using cutting edge technology and modern software development practices

• Work on a new, exciting platform that can process millions of transactions
• Join a highly motivated team and learn from the industry leaders in FinTech
• Translate business problems into technical solutions with a focus on clean, modern code
• Help design and implement solutions that drive modern banking and connect us to major financial institutions

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or comparable qualifications
• A good understanding of core programming concepts like data structures and algorithms
• Knowledge in Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
• Passion for well architected, testable and clean code.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Familiarity and/or a strong interest in modern infrastructure and tools like Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform, Python
• Experience with microservices and event-based asynchronous architecture is a plus
• Background in financial services is a bonus, but not required
