THE TEAM

The Finance team at Ticketmaster consists of accounting, controlling, payroll and event accounting.

THE JOB

This position is responsible for bank accounting and Cumulus Project. This will be done in close cooperation with our colleagues in the Event Settlement team and in coordination with the team management.

Tasks
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Cash Management
  • Daily reconciliation of Germany (DE) and Austria (AT) account statements.
  • Bank charges accounting.
  • Monthly account statements per journal entry via GL.
  • Import bank account statements.
  • Interest reconciliation and booking
  • Monthly Bank reconciliation
  • Upload data to our reconciliation software (Matcher)
Cumulus Project

Drive the implementation of the Cumulus project (ERP Software) in Germany and Austria by being responsible for the following tasks:

  • Processing requests and change requests from the Cumulus Team.
  • Monitoring the given tasks and their deadlines.
  • Supporting colleagues with requests from the Cumulus Team as needed.
  • Monitoring and compliance with German and Austrian processes and legal requirements.
Other work
  • Audits of reimbursements.
  • Back up for reimbursements
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (OR TECHNICAL SKILLS)
  • 2-3 years experience in Financial Accounting.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Good Excel and MS Office Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Oracle desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently with little supervision.
  • High attention to detail.
