A leading software solutions firm in Berlin seeks a Junior Account Manager (Portuguese-speaking) to manage customer accounts in Brazil and Portugal. In this role, you will partner with an experienced Account Manager to support and grow client relationships, deliver trainings, and ensure customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will have experience in account management and excellent communication skills in both Portuguese and English. This role requires a proactive approach and a strong understanding of Brazilian business culture.

As a Junior Account Manager for Portugal and Brazil, you will partner closely with an experienced Account Manager to support, retain, and grow our customer base in these key markets. You will independently manage selected accounts, deliver impactful onboarding and training sessions, and contribute to expanding our footprint across mid-market and enterprise customers.
This role can be based on our Berlin or Munich office and requires in office presence at least 4 days a week.
