A progressive architectural firm in Düsseldorf is seeking a Project Architect to engage in substantial timber construction projects. You will work in a diverse team focusing on planning and implementation stages. The ideal candidate will have completed architectural studies and possess at least 2 years of professional experience, particularly in timber construction, along with strong CAD skills. Qualifikationen

• 2 years of professional experience in implementation planning, preferably in timber construction.
• Confident appearance and communicative competence in handling public and private clients.
• Structured, reliable, and responsible way of working.

Aufgaben

• Design, detail and implementation planning in the service phases 1-5.
• Independent processing of challenging planning in our building construction projects.

Kenntnisse

Knowledge of current standards and regulations

Professional handling of CAD (ArchiCAD)

Very good knowledge of German and English

Communicative competence

• Design, detail and implementation planning in the service phases 1-5
• Independent processing of challenging planning and thematic areas of our building construction projects within a team

Your profile:

• Completed architectural studies
• Experience in the processing of design concepts
• 2 years of professional experience in implementation planning, preferably with experience in the field of timber construction
• Very good knowledge of current standards and regulations
• Professional handling of CAD (ArchiCAD), preferably with previous BIM knowledge
• Confident appearance and communicative competence in dealing with public and private clients
• Structured, reliable and responsible way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of common presentation and word processing programs
