Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
  • Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from initial concept through to mass production.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee® Construction & Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan‑European pricing and monitoring of local market price positioning.
  • Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions.
  • Deliver product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
  • Develop promotional and marketing materials in partnership with internal stakeholders (f‑m‑d) and other departments.
Requirements
  • Relevant professional experience in Product Management ideally within the construction industry.
  • Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the business (approximately 15% of the time).
