NKT is seeking a Jointer Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate installation resources and develop teams across Germany and international projects. Based in Cologne/Troisdorf, you will bridge installation operations, project organisations and the service business, supporting training programmes and improvement initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient project delivery.
You will manage 20–30 travelling jointers, plan training, drive digitalisation projects and provide KPI reporting.
You will take on a key role between installation operations, project organisations and the service business, supporting the continued growth of an important function within NKT. In this position, you will work closely with international teams, support the development of jointers, and contribute to processes, training programmes and improvement initiatives. As a Jointer Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the organisational and personnel management of installation teams and act as the link between installation and project organisations both in Germany and internationally. You will support improvement initiatives, digitalisation projects and the continued development of the service business. In addition, you will contribute to planning resources, tools and qualifications while ensuring the implementation of agreed processes, work instructions and budgets.
The position is based in Cologne/Troisdorf. Regular travel to construction sites, customer visits and internal meetings is part of the role. You will report to the Head of Installation Services.
