Qualifikationen

Program Overview

Airbus, pioneer of sustainable aerospace, is launching its exclusive Talent Development Programme: Finance Future Leaders.

We are seeking Finance strategic leaders ready to transform our industry. If you have proven your ability to drive performance in a complex international environment, this programme is your launchpad to the highest financial responsibilities within Airbus.

Programme Details

The Programme: Unprecedented Career Acceleration (2 Years)

The Finance Management Programme is an intensive two-year journey, designed for seasoned finance professionals (8 to 10 years experience).

While the role begins with a high-impact two-year acceleration phase across strategic divisions, you are hired as a permanent leader destined to shape the future of Airbus’ financial governance. You will occupy strategic positions within our key divisions (Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Airbus Defence & Space, and Airbus Helicopters) in two of our core countries (France & Germany). During these three rotations, you will lead structuring, high-impact projects that directly influence the Group's overall financial strategy.

Toulouse, Marseille, & Manching.

Your Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Cost Controller in Airbus Defence & Space (Manching)
    • Business Planning and Reporting Combat Air Systems
    • Cash out Planning and Cash Flow monitoring & steering
    • Support the Estimate-at-Completion Process
    • Structural Cost Controlling for Site Manching
  • Planning and Reporting in Airbus Helicopters (Marignane, Marseille area)
    • Support the team in a key period of OP and YE preparation at a divisional level
    • Accompany the transition to Horizon
    • Contribute to the transformation of AH Planning & Reporting by impulsing new ideas in terms of tools, digitalisation and AI
  • Group Corporate Controlling in Airbus (Blagnac, Toulouse area)
    • Develop understanding of Planning and Performance Steering of AIRBUS
    • Contribute to Planning, Forecasting and Performance Analytics on Group Level
    • Engage in group-wide strategic projects

Your Profile

We are looking for finance professionals with solid experience and a strong appetite for Strategy and Leadership.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Solid and proven experience in several of the following financial domains: Controlling, Accounting IFRS, Treasury, Tax, Digital Finance, Costing, Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Experience in Audit (big 4) is a strong plus.
  • Mandatory experience operating in an international environment.

  • Leadership, and robust stakeholder management skills to drive change across organisational boundaries.
  • Sharp Strategic and Analytical thinking skills.
