Tccp is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to help evolve its digital platforms. The role requires building frontend and backend features, modernizing legacy code, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.

Candidate should have substantial experience with Java, REST APIs, and relational databases, with Linux environment administration and IBM WebSphere exposure being a plus. Fully remote with occasional onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java and Java EE.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, or DB2.
• Experience supporting or administering Linux-based environments.
• Familiarity with design patterns and modern engineering best practices.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader team.
