Zusammenfassung

Digital Charging Solutions GmbH is seeking an experienced IT Operations professional in Munich to manage the Azure application layer, end-user devices and collaboration tooling. You will ensure secure access control, asset management and reliable networks while supporting Windows, macOS and mobile devices.

Join an international team, build scalable processes and maintain documentation in a fast-growing mobility tech company with offices in Munich and Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and architectures, including Azure AD and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with device management solutions (e.g. Intune/Endpoint).
• Knowledge of the Atlassian stack (Confluence/Jira).
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS, Windows devices and mobile phones.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, active components).
• Automation capabilities (scripting, process automation).
• Security awareness and knowledge of security best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English, Nice to have German.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the Azure application layer including SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint and Teams.
• Administer Confluence and Jira Cloud.
• Manage system access controls across platforms.
• Image Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Monitor assets, network resources and meeting room devices.
• Ensure smooth LAN/WAN operation and other active components.
• Respond to incidents, service requests and change requests from internal users.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding for employees and partners.
• Create, maintain and update technical documentation.

The team keeps every DCS employee productive by running a secure, reliable and well-documented digital workplace, identity, devices, networks and meeting rooms.

• Oversee and manage the Azure application layer, including SharePoint, Exchange, Office 365, Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint and Teams
• Administer and maintain Confluence and Jira Cloud
• Manage system access controls across all platforms
• Manage the imaging of Windows devices, macOS devices and smartphones
• Maintain and monitor technical assets, network resources and meeting room devices
• Ensure smooth operations of LAN, WAN and other active components
• Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests and change requests from internal users
• Run onboarding and offboarding tasks and processes for employees and partner
• Create, maintain and update technical documentation

Your Profile

At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate IT environment

Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and architectures, including Azure AD and cloud operations

Familiarity with device management solutions (e.g. Intune/Endpoint)

Knowledge of the Atlassian stack (Confluence/Jira)

Hands-on experience supporting macOS, Windows devices and mobile phones
