Qualifikationen

• IT-bezogene Berufsausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS.
• Erfahrung mit Ticket-Systemen (idealerweise TANSS).
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Priorisierung von Vorfällen und Serviceanfragen.
• Unterstützung der IT-Ansprechpartner bei Schulen und Geschäftskunden.
• Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit aller IT-Systeme.
• Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen.

Kenntnisse

IT-Supporter User-Helpdesk (m / f / d)

Permanent position, full-time - Cologne

Your tasks

• Accepting, processing and prioritizing incidents and service requests according to ITIL
• Supporting the IT contact persons (m / f / d) at schools and business customers remotely via ticket system, telephone and email
• Ensuring the trouble-free functionality of all IT systems and software applications in collaboration with 2nd level administration and the other IT teams
• Deployment and configuration of workstations (Windows), Apple & Android devices
• Management and maintenance of over 100,000 iOS, Android and Windows clients
• Documentation of workarounds and solution approaches in a knowledge database

Your profile

• You have IT-related vocational training or relevant proven professional experience
• You are very familiar with common PC operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS and standard applications in the MS Windows environment
• Ideally, you have some experience in user support, support and remote support and have already worked with ticket systems (preferably TANSS)
• You work just as well independently as in a team and enjoy communicating on the phone
• You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite
