A healthcare laboratory is looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide first line help-desk support for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will assist customers via phone, email, and a ticketing system, displaying a strong passion for customer service. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing and configuring hardware, and administering user accounts. A professional demeanor and knowledge of Jira and Confluence are advantageous. Business fluency in English and German is required, with skills in Luxemburgish or French considered a plus.

Permanent contract, 40hrs / week
You will be expected to provide first line help-desk support to our customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory) via phone, email and a ticketing system.
