Aufgaben

• Bereitstellung schneller und effektiver IT-Unterstützung für Mitarbeiter im Büro und aus der Ferne.
• On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern, einschließlich Hardware-Bereitstellung und Zugang zu benötigten Tools.
• Wartung und Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur am Arbeitsplatz.
• Management von zolar-eigenen Geräten, einschließlich Inventar und Reparatur.
• Vertrags- und Lizenzmanagement: Prognose der Anforderungen und Überwachung der Nutzung.
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungen in Software und Systemen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anbietern für Bauarbeiten und Wartung.

• Providing fast and effective IT support for employees in the office and remotely (via Jira HD, email, Slack, phone, 1:1 on-site)
• On- and offboarding of employees, including hardware provision (Windows, & Mac) and access to required tools from the first day of work
• Maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure at the workplace (e.g. TV, printer, scanner, conference room equipment)
• Hardware management: Management of zolar-owned devices, including inventory, lifecycle monitoring and repairs
• Contract and license management: forecasting requirements, negotiating with vendors and monitoring usage
• Development and implementation of improvements in software and systems (e.g. Okta, knowledge base, process updates)
• Collaboration with external providers for construction work, maintenance and testing in office buildings
