Qualifikationen

  • Degree or completed training in a related IT area (e.g., system integration).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, including databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong analytical skills and openness to new technologies.
  • First theoretical or practical experience in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with application deployment via pipelines.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Flexibility for night and weekend work.
  • Basic scripting knowledge is a plus.

Location: Mobile Work (Germany-wide)

What You’ll Do
  • Keep systems running smoothly: Install and update GK test environments and customer systems, integrating hardware like receipt printers, scanners and scales
  • Technical customer support: error analysis and trouble shooting
  • Client-centered rollouts: Planning and supporting clients with rollouts
  • Empower our clients: Deliver engaging training and create clear, practical documentation
What You Bring
  • Degree or completed training in a related IT area e.g. system integration
  • Hands-on experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems as well as databases (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Strong analytical skills, curiosity and openness to new technologies, a commitment to quality and precision
  • First theoretical or practical experience in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with application deployment via pipelines
  • Very good English communication skills
  • Flexibility for occasional night and weekend work
  • Bonus:basic scripting knowledge
