IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Dive in and get hands‑on experience in the world of payments and credit cards, working for an unconventional digital bank in the heart of Luxembourg!

As an IT Service Management Trainee, you’ll be part of our IT Service Desk team, supporting users, solving technical issues, and getting a first look at how enterprise‑level IT really works. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across the IT department and contribute to projects that keep our business running smoothly.

This opportunity is a full‑time internship of up to 6 months. A student visa or authorisation to work in Luxembourg is required. Please apply in English, including your CV, motivation letter, and your availability (start and end date).

ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities
  • Get hands‑on experience – Support our IT Service Desk by assisting colleagues with IT‑related issues, both remotely and on‑site.
  • Keep things running – Help manage incidents and service requests, register and track tickets, and make sure users get the support they need.
  • Collaborate & learn – Work closely with IT teams across the bank and contribute to ongoing projects from our IT roadmap.
  • Take ownership – Get involved in User Administration process and help review or improve procedures to make our Service Desk even better.
ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality
  • Fresh grad, student or degree in hand? – You’re currently enrolled or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field.
  • If you’ve finished your higher education or bachelor’s degree, make sure this internship takes place within 12 months of your graduation.
  • Tech‑savvy & helpful – You’re the first person people turn to when something’s not working. You enjoy troubleshooting, finding solutions, and helping others. You know your way around Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Curious & eager to learn – You’re motivated to grow your skills and understand how IT supports business operations.
  • Team player & communicator – You work well with others, communicate clearly, and bring a positive, proactive attitude with strong intercultural skills.
  • Language lover – Fluent in English? Perfect, it’s our corporate language! French, German or other languages are a plus.
