Zusammenfassung

IGEL Technology in Germany is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for employees’ IT issues. You will provide remote and onsite/field support as required and manage tickets from opening to resolution.

Join a team responsible for the IT warehouse, executing standard requests, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes. You may participate in projects and collaborate with colleagues across departments.

Qualifikationen

• IT training and/or up to 1 year of IT experience
• Experience with Windows 10, iOS, Linux, macOS
• Proficient with Office 365 apps (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook)
• ITIL/ITSM experience (ServiceNow)
• Strong German and English communication skills
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Willingness to learn about other IT topics

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed training in the field of IT and/or at least up to 1 year of experience in IT
• Skilled specialist with Windows 10, iOS, Linux, (macOS)
• Understands implications
• Experienced inworking with Office 365 apps such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
• ITIL, ITSM user experience (in ServiceNow)
• Good written and spoken German and English
• High level of customer and service orientation
• Willingness to learn about other IT topics as needed
